Your day begins well before you set foot into the treatment room. A few weeks before your Soul Sanctuary, I will send you a detailed consultation form. Your honest and heartfelt answers will give me the guidance to create your unique Soul Sanctuary retreat.

On the day of your Soul Sanctuary blissfully nurtured and cocooned in a totally safe space where I will be dedicated to nurturing you. Hands on treatments will include intuitive unique massage, facial and oil blends that you wont find on my treatment menu.

Energy balancing treatments to leave you uplifted and fulfilled. Only to be enjoyed during this very unique special offering only to be revealed to you on your magical Soul Sanctuary retreat. Your day Will conclude with a grounding exercise to ensure you gently re enter the real world.
